The 2026 Eylani Community Health Network, Inc. F.E.D. Women’s Conference

Founded in 2015 on Chicago's westside, the Eylani Community Health Network, Inc. (ECHN) serves as a vital health and wellness concierge with a powerful mission: “Better Health, Better Communities!” By navigating access to spiritual, mental, financial, and physical health resources, ECHN works tirelessly to disrupt cycles of illness and disenfranchisement in underserved, predominantly Black and Latinx neighborhoods. Recognizing that true wellness fundamentally includes economic stability, the organization proudly hosts the transformative F.E.D. Women’s Conference. Our Founder, Dr. Calynn Lawrence, had the opportunity to attend the event this year and was enamored with the program and the atmosphere!

Guided by Jaidalyn Rand, MPH’s visionary commitment to holistic community uplift, the conference acts as a dynamic extension of ECHN's core platform, The Ruth Project – A Mother's Keeper. This initiative is dedicated to women's empowerment, providing the necessary tools to help them increase resilience, flourish, and become community leaders. The Founder understood that building healthier neighborhoods requires confident, financially secure women at the helm. Consequently, the F.E.D. Women’s Conference is not merely an annual gathering, but a benevolent space meticulously designed to equip community-minded career women to lead, connect, and thrive.

Crucially, the conference places a deliberate, unwavering emphasis on women of color businesswomen—a demographic historically underrepresented in executive leadership and entrepreneurial spaces. By providing targeted business strategies, mentorship, and an inclusive networking hub, the event tackles systemic economic barriers head-on. ECHN recognizes that elevating women of color in business directly combats the financial disparities that impact community health.

For the ambitious career woman looking to make a tangible impact, this conference is an absolute catalyst. Attendees consistently leave feeling deeply empowered, inspired by shared experiences, and anchored by a supportive network of peers. Events like the F.E.D. Women's Conference prove a powerful truth: when we actively invest in the professional growth of women of color, we secure the enduring prosperity and holistic health of the entire community.
